Our referral program allows partners to earn commission when their introduction leads to a successful rental, relocation service or project. You can refer landlords, tenants, relocation clients, property owners or investors interested in furnished housing.

Earn referral commission by introducing landlords, tenants or relocation clients

You can refer

  • A landlord or real estate company that leases an apartment or building to us in the cantons of Zurich or Zug or in Germany

  • A tenant or company looking for a furnished apartment in Zurich or Basel/Lörrach

  • A relocation client who needs help finding housing or relocation services in Zurich

  • A property owner or tenant who wants interior design or apartment styling (globally)

  • An investor, entrepreneur or landlord who wants consulting on furnished rentals (globally)

You can earn

  • CHF 250–500 per referred relocation client

  • CHF 100–500 per month per tenant who rents an apartment through us

  • CHF 1,000 per apartment leased to Comfort Apartments

  • CHF 250 for each 10-hour interior design project

  • CHF 50 for each hour of consulting services booked

Final commission depends on the project and services booked.
